On Deck Network is hosting a Tryout event in conjunction with the Schaumburg Boomers of the Frontier League. The event will take place at Bowen Field at Bluefield University in Bluefield, WV and will be run by Jamie Bennett, manager of the Boomers. The goal of the event is to evaluate talent and identify players who may contribute at the professional level as the Boomers coaching staff makes roster decisions in the offseason. Check in will begin at 8:30am for position players. Check in will be at 10:00am for pitchers.

Independent baseball players looking to advance
Current college players looking for exposure and evaluation
Pitchers/Catchers: $50
Infielders/Outfielders: $75
